Whether you are paying cash, have private insurance or are insured under a Personal Injury Protection (PIP) or Worker’s Comp Claim, our billing department is committed to making sure you know all of the details about your payment options.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as Care Credit, debit cards, checks and cash.

Working with Private Insurance

Our billing department is happy to do a complimentary verification of your chiropractic benefits during your first visit.  Most insurance companies have chiropractic coverage and if yours does then we will gladly bill them on your behalf.

We are now in network with Care Oregon and their affiliated Coordinated Care Organizations: Health Share of Oregon, Jackson Care Connect and Columbia Pacific. Within the Health Share of Oregon plan, we also accept Providence, Legacy Pacific Source and OHSU Health Services. If you are not sure if your insurance plan covers our services, feel free to call our office for verification.

What if I was injured in an automobile or work-related accident?

If you were injured in an automobile or on-the-job accident, in most cases you are entitled to care and it will be covered at 100 percent.  There is no referral necessary to receive care in our office.  Our billing department will provide any reports needed to your attorney if you have one.

I don’t have insurance.  What are my options?

At Chiropractic Art & Science, we want you to have the best experience possible.  For our patients who have limited or no insurance, we offer discounted cash plans that are personalized for you and your course of treatment.  These plans include multiple payment options that are designed to fit any budget.

For patients who have a high deductible, little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we are members of ChirohealthUSA, a discount medical plan, that provides a discount to you and your family members for a nominal yearly fee for services received in our clinic. For more information about ChirohealthUSA, please click here to visit their website.

If you have any questions regarding your insurance or your account, please feel free to contact our office.
