Ulyssa Preiss
Office Manager, Chiropractic Assistant
As the Office Manager, Ulyssa is frequently one of the first points of contact for our patients at Chiropractic Art & Science. Her goal is to make each and every patient feel welcomed and excited about receiving care in our office from the first phone conversation and beyond. She oversees appointment scheduling, financial care plans, health insurance verification, and communications while maintaining an environment where wellness and recovery of our patients can flourish.
Natalie Brehm
Assistant Office Manager, Chiropractic Assistant
Natalie is one of the newest team members in our growing office here at Chiropractic Art & Science. As the Assistant Office Manager, Natalie supports the whole team by offering a friendly and professional level of support. She oversees all aspects of the office, assisting where needed from answering the phones and scheduling appointments, to answering financial plan questions and handling health insurance communications. She is one of the first points of contact for our patients, making each patient feel welcome with her friendly smile.
Olivia Cole
Chiropractic Assistant, Patient Coordinator
As a Chiropractic Assistant and Patient Coordinator, Olivia is one of the first points of contact for our patients at the office. She helps ensure each visit flows smoothly by assisting with scheduling, finances and insurance benefits. Making sure every member stays on track with their care plan and feels good about it. She works hard to create as supportive an experience in our healing environment as she can, so patients feel happy and healthy every step of the way.
Beth Ruff-Fordice
Chiropractic Assistant
Beth was born and raised in Oregon. She pursued her higher education at Western Oregon University and Oregon State University in the College of Exercise and Sports Science. She was a student-athlete playing softball at both universities. As a Certified Chiropractic Assistant, she thrives on helping others with their health and wellness in order to enjoy life’s daily activities. In the summer months, you will find Beth on the water in her Wakeboard boat partaking in waterskiing/wake-surfing. She also enjoys many activities with friends and family, like camping, biking, hiking, golf and tennis.
